Earlier I had written a journal entry, but my netbook froze so my nerves had riled up with frustration, wanting to throw my computer out the balcony, but I just chose to calm down.
Anyways, I have still been working on the Montoya Naly project, since I am thinking of submitting my art to the cartoon art museum in San Francisco. I think it's about time now to have something to show for.
I keep praying everyday that I will make it in this world, and work with the Japanese very soon. I have visionary boards of my dreams up on my walls at home, and look up almost every morning to this dollar bill which I put a lot of zeroes on the ceiling where my bed is.
Not only that, I am sure people can have a free small concert with the real Montoya singing, that is if she is in the mood.
Today, I went to buy another expensive 10 dollar technical pencil, since I probably lost mine at Sac Con. It had blue lead in it. I think it may have been lost at the Kinokuniya Stationary and Gift store in San Francisco. I had to get another one today.
I went to Kinokuniya in Saratoga to get another one, since I am most comfortable to draw in blue lead. I don't like the smudges and nasty smears of lead and that I find it really unprofessional looking, and sloppy.
I really ate a lot, since I felt that earlier at work, the weather was weird - it went hot to cold and then just went back to normal earlier. I was feeling like I could just fall asleep at work.
I felt that maybe I was low on blood sugar [I am hypo-glycemic] and had drank 2 Kiwi Strawberry Welches drinks, and a pop tart, and two slices of pizza from my co-worker.
It was really funny afterwards since after the sugar buzz, I had accidentally knocked something over and I was a big klutz. My assistant manager saw it, I thought she would laugh, but she didn''t.
Oh well, she jokes around anyways at work with my supervisor.
But anyways, my feet were totally tired and I had really felt like I had to catch my breath and my heart was beating really rapidly. It's also because I had woken up at 4 AM in the morning, due to well, "nature calling", and that I just couldn't go back to sleep since my work's company has been cracking down on people coming too late and using sick leave too many times as an excuse.
Otherwise, I am okay, I went to Rasputin's to get a Journey T-shirt that said "Don't stop believing", with the scarab exploding from a planet. I also got a used DVD called "Be Kind, Rewind" that I saw earlier, and had to get it because it was a really cute movie that was about, despite the city's shortcomings of poverty, they at least had spirited creativity that made people feel better about themselves, despite the fact that they were in an underdeveloped area.
The creativity to recreate a scene which was called "sweded" was pretty hilarious, so I definitely picked up the movie, since that it was so involving, the main point of the movie was "the quality of creative effort" counted, and the creative attitude of helping each other was more precious to lift the community's spirits.
I went back to Mitsua in Saratoga, and got some real sushi. I usually eat Safeway sushi, but from real Japanese place, Mitsua, it is authentic sushi to me, made by real Japanese authentic people. I also went to a Japanese XBOX, PS3 WII center, that had the games and posters, and picked up some promo material.
I also got gas for my car, and checked the tire pressure, and it was okay.
I feel a whole lot better, I think I have been eating less and less lately, since I've been working on the Montoya artwork a lot.
I may go to AOD this year, Animation On Display, but since I saw some of the videos, I am kind of iffy on going since it looked pretty dead? This year it's going to be at the Hotel Miyako, but we will see.
Well, time to draw more Montoya cartoons, see you soon!
To Be Continued,
Bobby
