Hello Friends,

For those who are followers of my Youtube Channel, one person recommended that I get a new HD camera. This time, I did! I got this camera:

I chose this camera because it had SD upgrade capability, and the zoom feature was not slow. I was going to get a Flip Mino Ultra, but I changed my mind, since there wasn't an SD feature to choose High Capacity SD Cards.

The menu is pretty cool, the thumbnail pictures tell what time and date it happened and etc...

Eventually I will get a high-end camcorder, however, it is not in my budget. I did find a Sony Webbie camera, that was perfect, however it recorded in MONO. I still have to consider new software too, to edit, since Windows Movie Maker isn't too great.

I also bought a generic MP3 player, since my Sansa's front screen was cracked. It still can play, but it's kind of annoying to look at the cracked screen. Eventually I think I will buy an I-pod touch, but that's way later when I have my bills paid off.

Well, it's back to the daily grind of everyday life, and re-organizing Christmas gifts given, and choosing to throw away some leftover food.

Okay, will write soon!

TBC,
Bobby

Hi Friends,

I can't write a lot since my stomach feels bloated like Santa's since I ate too much Asian food at my cousin's house.

I just wanted to say an Official Merry Christmas!

The reason why it was the BEST one was because my relatives didn't ask me if I had a girlfriend! YAAY!! I always don't feel comfortable being hassled about it.

Hopefully everyone got a good rest and a good nap today. Make sure that Santa only gets GNC Vitamins and Metamucil.

Still continuing to enjoy my night!

Bobby ^^

Hello friends,

I had talked to a friend of mine last night, and that we were talking about a person that would have potential talent. We decided that it was too much of a risk, or liability, so we would have to put the project on hold. It's just that if she sings, and breaks up with her significant other or something, and can't perform, that is a loss in investment.

I talked to her for over an hour or so, but I felt after the conversation, sad.

At work, I tried to keep up since my eyes felt strained or something, and my arms were feeling tight and raging with tension again.

I felt at a few times I wanted to just fall on the floor and go to sleep, but I couldn't do that, since if we are caught doing that, we are fired.

I had these thoughts where that I shouldn't of had debts, etc.. and really ashamed that I am at an age that I don't have a family of my own, and that I don't know if it's too late for me to have one.

So, I had all these thoughts crammed in, and suddenly felt dizzy and unfocused. I drank some cups of coffee, and nestea, and ate a Tiger's Milk bar, because maybe I was running low on blood sugar? I am really hypo-glycemic.

So after work, I just kept doing work and networking. Maybe it is just the freezing wind that made my head weird or something with the lack of sleep?

Hopefully I will feel fresher tomorrow, and I am looking forward to Christmas. I am happy that I have Christmas off to see my family, since I only see them 4 times a year. It is very difficult living alone, as a manga artist, and having a full time job.

I think I should just go to sleep early... even though I am working from home [IE: my drawings and networking.]

J.E. 203: AVATAR F$#%^$G ROCKED IN 3-D !!!!!!

Hi Friends!

This is going to be an exciting Journal entry, since I had 3 cups of Hobee's Black Orange Tea on this wonderful sunny morning!

Last nite, instead of doing the usual great Montoya sketches, I went and took some time off to watch Avatar at the Great Mall in 3-D. I could afford it, because my day occupation couldn't let me have the day off for Christmas day [which is the most important day for me since I don't get to see my parents very often - only my birthday, my Mom's b-day, and my Dad's B-day, and Thanksgiving, and christmas!]

I was very happy that I had ate Vietnamese food before watching the movie, avoiding expensive Movie snacks at 4:30, simultaneously reading Jackie's dissertations. I had left around 5:30s PM and got my ass out to leave early to get tickets for the 7:30 PM showing since I knew there was going to be a tremendously huge long line, longer than the DMV for the big screen epic super ultimate event!

When I left my house, there was a long ol' traffic of cars headed that way, but I felt comfortable that I would get a great seat since I left so early hehe!

So, I purchased the tickets around 6:15 PM on time, and used my discount card from my boss for his appreciation in my work. It would have cost me and my friend Heather around 35.00 to see the movie, however, I only paid around $20.00 to watch the movie in pure 3-D.

Heather arrived in time before 7:30 PM, before my phone ran out of juice [aaack!!] and everything worked exactly as planned. We got some decent upper seats, and were happy that we could see visibly, instead of coming late, and getting the front seats, avoiding us having stiff necks staring at the screen for 3 hours LOL!

When we watched the movie, it was one fully defined word that you can completely trust me with:
GORGEOUS.

The colors were defined, brilliant, and, vivid highly rich and saturated in bright colors! . It was like watching a Playstation 3,000000000 game. Even if you didn't pay attention to the dialogue, there is SO MUCH to look at - my brain couldn't handle all the information with the details at first, but I definitely have to watch it again, since it is WORTH the money going for $15.00. My brain was figuring about all the details, and depth of space, the details in the backdrop - a real movie experience.

It exceeds the craftsmanship from FF Advent Children. The particle effects, the brilliant colors, the explosions, the mechs, the aliens animated, the gravitational physics, and the INSANE detail in that movie, and acting was really brilliant all in one package. I didn't even think that the soundtrack had any problems in the rhythm of the movie's inertia.

As an avid Cameron afficionado, you can never go wrong with his movies. I yet to see Terminator 2 someday in 3-D if possible. I didn't know it took a DECADE to make.

The emotional impact that it had, changed my life because it was one of those movies which was so highly richly detailed and simultaneously kicked ass that was finely crafted! The audience had an emotional inertia or reaction to it. I heard a lot of OOH, and AHH, in the audience [in a clean way, not a naughty way!]

If you can't afford to watch it in 3-D, ask someone if they can let you watch that movie as a Christmas gift - hehe!

The thing that really kicked ass was the Mecha - it reminded me of Starship Troopers 3. This is a notch up from the Exo-suits in Aliens, and The Matrix, but nonetheless, still good, but rises above with the technical execution of the film. The explosions weren't as loud like in TF 2, or Star Wars 3, so I was really satisfied, and didn't bring my earplugs! LOL!

After the movie, I kept my glasses to hold on as a souvenir and reminder to watch Tron Legacy later on for December 2010, or even that funny CG movie, "Despicable Me" LOL!

As for Avatar, TRULY a brilliant movie, TRULY. It had such an emotional impact that was involving, just like when War of the Worlds or King Kong impacted Americans in the 1950's. This movie you have to watch on 3-D, it does not match on DVD or Blu-ray!

I was very satisfied, and tired when I left home [I woke up at 5;30 AM for work !] and slept soundly after watching.

Well, time to do more stuff for the MN project and I gotta go to the Anime palace party tomorrow, and Mangaka meetup !

Will write more interesting stuff soon, you can completely trust me that I will have more Montoya work done soon!

Thank You!

To Be Continued,

Bobby! ^^
